De kijk van scifi-auteur Bruce Sterling op Wikileaks is er één om in te lijsten. De tekst (let op: lang) staat bol van de pakkende beeldspraak en legt intrigerende lijntjes tussen NSA & Wikileaks, Monika Lewinsky & Julian Assange en het onderscheid tussen transparantie & discretie

The dwarfish natives of the Arctic caverns did not speak his language, but conversed in their own, twittering tongue, conducted incomprehensible rituals, when they were not actually working in the factories.
